Founded in 2007, Sandbag signed its flagship band, “Vancouver’s premier hard rock band” The Manvils. Critically acclaimed Buried Love LP and Strange Disaster EP were released nation-wide within months - touring consistently across North America - The Manvils play a powerful blend of vintage blues and psychedelia, and consistently deliver an unparalleled explosion of a live show. In the coming months, Manvils’ frontman, Mikey Manville will debut his introspective solo album on Sandbag Records. Recorded by John Akred in his private studio in Chicago, Broken Arms is scheduled for national release on October 30th 2007.
